Queer Nomad Dinners
A matched table at a queer-owned or queer-friendly restaurant on a weekday evening. A good way to meet people in your first week in a new city.
€12–15 seat fee. You pay for your own meal at the restaurant.
Small dinners and co-working days for LGBTQIA+ digital nomads and remote workers in Southern Europe. Arrive alone, leave with a table of friends.
A two-minute form: your city and dates, what you do, what you're looking for (friends, work buddies, open to more).
We match a mixed group of 5–6 queer nomads, with a local queer host whenever we can. You get the venue the day before.
Conversation prompts help break the ice. Afterwards there's a bar nearby for anyone who wants to stay out.

When I decided to become a digital nomad, I wanted one thing: to feel safe somewhere I didn't have to explain who I am. I met people through Timeleft, Meetup and women's clubs, and I often felt like the only queer person at the table.
Then I started travelling, staying longer and coworking. The number of openly queer people around me didn't go up.
I build communities for people who move around. Most recently I co-led The Better Neighbors, a month-long retreat in Lloret de Mar for digital nomads and artists. I onboarded about 30 participants, ran the group chat and organised events with Barcelona partners.
Queer Nomads Club is the table I was looking for: one where you're not the only one, and nobody needs an explanation.
No. It's for friendship and community. If something more happens, lovely, but nobody comes to a table expecting it.
Most guests are nomads or new in town. Every table also has room for a local queer person, because meeting locals is half the point.
Dinners are for LGBTQIA+ people. Some open events will welcome friends and allies, and we'll mark those clearly.
English, with Spanish and Catalan (or the local language) welcome at the table.
Tell us after the dinner. We read every bit of feedback and use it to set the next tables.
